We use two external services that process personal data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data to any third party.

  • Transfer safeguard: Google LLC participates in and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), for which the European Commission issued an adequacy decision in July 2023. HubSpot, Inc. — CRM & Email Marketing

  • Purpose: Managing contact form submissions, enquiry follow-up, and newsletter communications
  • Data transferred: Name, email, company, enquiry details, and (with consent) website interaction data
  • Transfer safeguard: HubSpot, Inc. participates in and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), for which the European Commission issued an adequacy decision in July 2023. Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Personal data submitted via forms is transmitted to HubSpot over encrypted connections. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss of personal data. Google and HubSpot each maintain their own security programmes and industry certifications.


9. Children’s Privacy

This website is directed at business and technical professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact info@cel.com and we will delete it promptly.
